Nor Jewelers gladly accepts Exchange made within 7 days of delivery. Jewelry pieces that have been sized or custom ordered cannot be exchanged or refunded. Sizes of online jewelry pictures are not exact. Jewelry pieces may be out of stock and may be able to be reordered. Prices are subject to change due to gold market price. Shipping Policy

Nor Jewelers provides UPS shipping for orders shipped in the USA. All Orders are Free shipping Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and do not ship internationally. To ensure a secure delivery of your order, Nor Jewelers does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes. For each address within the United States, the following UPS shipping methods are available: Ground shipping (allow 3-7 business days). Express shipping (allow 2-3 business days). Items ordered together may not always ship together. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one shipping fee. Orders placed before 1pm EST Monday through Friday will be delivered on the following day; not including Saturdays, where Saturday Delivery Service is not available. Sunday and Holiday delivery is not available. Next Day Delivery is not offered for engraved items. Engraving Schedule Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery of machine engraved items and an additional 8-10 days for delivery of monogrammed and hand engraved items. Additional Shipping Info label. Returns are refunded in full, minus the cost of shipping and a 15% restock fee. For exchanges, we waive the restock fee!
